Tips to lead a better lifestyle

It is a known fact that number of people leading good and healthy lifestyle has been reduced a lot and it to add to the worse, the number is still in the state of reduction. There is a serious requirement on every individual to follow good health and living tips to lead a better lifestyle.

It is a must to have a juice with every breakfast as it is equivalent to an easy serving of a fruit. You must try to reduce calories as much as you can by limiting the size to half a cup or 125 ml.

Having a salad or a vegetable soup before having lunch or dinner is an added advantage for two vegetable servings.

If you are an alcohol freak, try to reduce the consumption by taking light versions of beer or liquor in half shots. You can also mix wine with soda that can work as a refreshing drink.

Smoking is one bad habit that must be avoided. Consult a doctor and try to avoid it completely. If you think, it is the only activity that can make you active, you are absolutely wrong. There are hundreds of better options.

Apart from all these, exercise is the most important and required activity that can keep you healthy. It’s not just the regular exercise, try to impart more exercise in the normal regular activities and this can help you stay healthy forever.

Addictive Lifestyle Really Bad?

Are you addict with something or doing something? Me to :) ..But what is addiction really about? ADDICTION can be simply explained as the devoted conducting of oneself in a habitual or obsessive manner that causes dependency.

Addicts come in all shapes, sizes and degrees of involvement – from the tragic addictive consequences of alcohol and hard drug use to seemingly harmless addictions like eating only red M&M’s. Some of the more well-known addictions include compulsive behavior, nicotine, sex, co-dependency, internet, gambling, work, caffeine, chocolate, money, shopping; or the more recent — addiction to texting.

I believe that LIFESTYLES can become ADDICTIVE. And, quite possibly, it is our addictive lifestyles that eventually lead us to other addictions.

Many times throughout our lives we need to sit back and reassess the WHO, WHAT, WHY, WHERE, WHEN and HOW of our individual existence. Unfortunately, what tends to happen is that we wait until things have gotten way out of hand, and the level of anxiety, frustration and anger is extremely high. It all seems so terribly hopeless. The pile of manure has gotten so high that we can’t see daylight let alone have the strength to figure out a way to get rid of it.
