It is a known fact that number of people leading good and healthy lifestyle has been reduced a lot and it to add to the worse, the number is still in the state of reduction. There is a serious requirement on every individual to follow good health and living tips to lead a better lifestyle.
It is a must to have a juice with every breakfast as it is equivalent to an easy serving of a fruit. You must try to reduce calories as much as you can by limiting the size to half a cup or 125 ml.
Having a salad or a vegetable soup before having lunch or dinner is an added advantage for two vegetable servings.
If you are an alcohol freak, try to reduce the consumption by taking light versions of beer or liquor in half shots. You can also mix wine with soda that can work as a refreshing drink.
Smoking is one bad habit that must be avoided. Consult a doctor and try to avoid it completely. If you think, it is the only activity that can make you active, you are absolutely wrong. There are hundreds of better options.
Apart from all these, exercise is the most important and required activity that can keep you healthy. It’s not just the regular exercise, try to impart more exercise in the normal regular activities and this can help you stay healthy forever.

We often find many people emanate bad smell from their mouths. This is such an embarrassing situation and one finds it tough to handle especially if the person is either a friend or relative. There are certain tips available that can let you or anyone have a refreshing breath.

- Drink as much water as you can. This is important as water cleans up most of the bacteria residing in your mouth, which is one of the main reasons for bad smell.
- Intake of a reasonable amount of carbohydrates is good idea but avoid excess intake.
- Brushing teeth can help you in having a refreshing breath but this is not the end. Brushing the tongue and cleaning away the filaments using a tongue cleaner is important.
- A mouthwash is one way that can prevent bad breath at least for a limited amount of time.
- Constant cleaning and flossing of teeth is extremely important to get rid of the bad smell. If you have braces, mouth guards or any other kind of oral devices, make sure that they are cleaned to near perfection before putting them back into your mouth.
- Water picks is the only way to reach the spots that cannot be reached by your brush.
- These are some of the ways that can help you in preventing the bad odor and have a refreshing breath.

1) Accept the problem
You have to be at peace with a problem, WHILST it is in existence, for the solution to come to you. i.e. you have to accept yourself where you are, no matter what – you cannot solve any problem without first accepting it, and yourself. We spend so much of our time trying to deny what has happened or deny a part of ourselves, pushing it away, which only leads to more of the problem appearing in your life. Very often simply fully accepting the part of you that is creating the problem will be enough to have it disappear, as it is so used to being pushed away/rejected. Part of you is trying to send you a message; maybe it’s time you listened.
2) You cannot attract to you, that to which you are not already connected
So be an appreciator. One of the fastest ways to attract what you want towards you is learning to appreciate the good in whatever situation it is life is presenting you with. Being an appreciator is so important because it is the closest energetic vibrational match to source and therefore the creation of what it is that you want. Therefore the more you operate at that frequency, the closer to source you are, and the faster things will manifest for you in the physical world. It is not important to verbalize your appreciation but simply to offer it. Appreciation is the antidote to some of the lowest forms of energy and emotions we are capable of e.g. shame, resentment, etc. By offering thanks and assuming that you already have what you seek, you immediately begin to attract more of it towards you, whether you have any of it or not.
